Absolute Total Care
Absolute Total Care is a Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) that contracts with both Medicare and South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees. The goal of this program is to improve the experience in accessing care and to improve the quality of healthcare. Enrollment in Absolute Total Care depends on contract renewal. There are zero premiums and cost-sharing with this plan.
This plan is available to seniors who are enrolled in Medicare Parts A, B, and D and receives full Healthy Connections Medicaid benefits.

Absolute Total Care's service area includes the following counties in South Carolina:
Upstate Region: Abbeville, Bamberg, Barnwell, Chester, Fairfield, Greenville, Kershaw, Laurens, Lexington, McCormick, Newberry, Pickens, Richland, Saluda, Spartanburg, and Union.
Coastal Region: Beaufort, Berkeley, Calhoun, Charleston, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Colleton, Dillon, Florence, Georgetown, Hampton, Jasper, Lee, Marion, Marlboro, Orangeburg, Williamsburg.
