Wellcare Prime by Absolute Total Care (Medicare-Medicaid Plan)
Wellcare Prime by Absolute Total Care (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) is a health plan that contracts with both Medicare and South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees. The goal of this program is to improve the experience in accessing care and to improve the quality of healthcare. Enrollment in Wellcare Prime depends on contract renewal. There are zero premiums and cost-sharing with this plan.
This plan is available to seniors who are enrolled in Medicare Parts A, B and D and receive full Healthy Connections Medicaid benefits.

- Coastal Region: Beaufort, Berkeley, Calhoun, Charleston, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Colleton, Darlington, Dillon, Dorchester, Florence, Georgetown, Hampton, Horry, Jasper, Lee, Marion, Marlboro, Orangeburg and Williamsburg.
