Helping to care for a loved one can sometimes be a little stressful. Wellcare Prime by Absolute Total Care (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) understands. And we’re here to help you.

Caregiving Collaborations®

Wellcare Prime started the Caregiving Collaborations® program to support caregivers. We hope to improve your quality of life and give you the extra support you may need as you help others with:

  • Personal care
  • Chores
  • Emotional support
  • Medical care
  • Finances

We have useful tools and information and can help you care for our members, while continuing to care for yourself.

If you are a caregiver and would like to learn more, please contact Wellcare Prime’s Care Team at 1-855-735-4398 (TTY: 711). Hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours, on weekends and on federal holidays, you may be asked to leave a message. Your call will be returned within the next business day.
