Our Provider and Pharmacy Directory is a list of primary care providers (PCPs), physicians, hospitals, drug stores and other healthcare providers that are available to you.
Please use our Find a Provider search tool to locate a PCP, specialist or provider organization.
Need transportation? You can use Google Maps within our Find a Provider tool to help you plan the best route for your provider visit. You can also call Member Services for assistance scheduling a ride.
Network: When asked to select a network, select Wellcare Prime Medicare-Medicaid Plan.
Pharmacy – Tier 3 drugs (mainly over-the-counter items) may not be covered by Medicaid at certain pharmacies. For assistance in locating a pharmacy please call Member Services at 1-855-735-4398 (TTY:711). Hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours, on weekends and on federal holidays, you may be asked to leave a message. Your call will be returned within the next business day.
